CHANGES TO FEES FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Uniform Schedule of Fees for the Mercer County Health District has been modified by the Board of Health. A series of hearings were held at regularly scheduled meetings from November 2024 - January 2025. The Mercer County Health District establishes an annual cost methodology review process in order to determine a fair and equitable approach toward modifying fees for various program services.
The Mercer County Health District has modified fees in the following programs: Environmental Health: Campgrounds/Food Service Operations & Retail Food Establishments.
Any previous fees in conflict with the proposed are to be repealed. The modifications of the Uniform Schedule of Fees is pursuant to Sections 705.15, 3709.09, and 3709.21 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The proposed 2025 Uniform Schedule of Fees is a local fee schedule which is not affected by state fees. The adoption of the modified fees was completed January 8, 2025, by the Mercer County Board of Health. The fees will take effect January 20, 2025.

PUBLIC NOTICE
As required under ORC 737.32 and Celina Ord. 141.04, the Celina Police Department is making a public notice of disposal of found property. Found property includes but is not limited to: bicycles, clothing, electronics, jewelry, keys, monies, purses, tools, and wallets. Anyone wishing to claim ownership of any item of found property in the possession of the Celina Police Department is required to contact Det. Brian Taylor at the Celina Police Department, 419-586-2345, and provide an adequate description of the property and an approximate date when the property was lost. Any found property in the possession of the Celina Police Department for more than 90 days and unclaimed after 12/28/24 shall be considered forfeit and disposed of as permitted by law.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the County of Mercer will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. in the Mercer County Commissioners Office, Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio.
Based on both citizen input and local officials' assessment of the county's needs, the county is proposing to undertake the following Revolving Loan Fund activity:
The county intends to loan the amount of $350,000 to 346 Property Investments LLC for the purchase of equipment to be located at 4691 U.S. 127, Celina. 346 Property Investments LLC will create 14 FTE jobs, of which 8 will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $2,008,953 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $350,000; Equity $427,500 and Private Lender $1,231,453.
The county intends to loan the amount of $224,410 to Master Precision Machining Company, LLC for the purchase of equipment located at 457 Grand Lake Rd., Celina. Master Precision Machining Company, LLC will create 9 FTE jobs, of which 5 will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $506,410 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $224,410; Equity $25,000 and Private Lender $257,000.
The county intends to loan the amount of $211,437 to 3 Peaks Enterprise, LLC for the purchase of property located at 120 Terrace Ave, Coldwater. 3 Peaks Enterprise, LLC will create 8.5 FTE jobs, of which 5 will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $484,671 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $211,437; Equity $24,234 and Private Lender $249,000.
This second public hearing is being held to give citizens an adequate opportunity to review and comment on the county's proposed applications, before the loans are approved.
