Proximity within a two-mile radius of the identified latitude and longitude and distance away from an existing Liquor Agency will be an important selection consideration.

The agent would sell spirituous liquor from the established business location.

Applicants must have experience operating a retail business or equivalent experience and must have sufficient financial resources to establish and manage a retail business.

Applicants must provide the following minimum requirements:

• 22" depth shelving for displaying spirituous liquor.

• Computer

• Point of Sale

• Point of Sale Integrator

• Internet/Wi-Fi capability

• Valid email

• Accommodate a 53-foot semi-trailer and receive inventory by pallet jack

Additional preferred requirements:
