The Versailles Village Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. The purpose of this public hearing is for the review of a written recommendation by the Versailles Planning Commission of a final application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) filed by JEMS Homes, LLC for the Edgewood at Versailles Phase II Residential PUD.
The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:50 P.M. in the Versailles Fire/EMS Station Conference Room, 320 Baker Road, Versailles, OH. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

CITY OF CELINA PLANNING COMMISSION
August 22, 2024
The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 22, 2024, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first item on the agenda is a site plan review by Kerns Chevrolet requesting a conditional approval to allow car sales off the lot at 225 S Main St. Zoning is B-2.
The second item is a site plan review and approval from Symphony Development Partners requesting a lot split and zoning change to a parcel on the corner of Havemann Drive and Industrial Drive. They are requesting a lot split into a one acre lot and that lot be zoned B-3 to allow for a medical service facility:
The third item is a site plan and review and approval from Stock Development Co. requesting to place apartments for seniors in the 500 block of West Livingston (Mersman Table factory site). Zoning is R-3.
