Light snow will move across the region today. While accumulations are expected to be less than an inch, the snow may cause some slick areas on roads, especially untreated ones as well as bridges and overpasses. The snow will blow around easily and occasionally reduce visibility as well, as winds will gust to 20 to 25 MPH later today.
Use extra caution if driving late this morning into the afternoon and allow extra time to reach your destination.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

CITY OF CELINA PLANNING COMMISSION

January 9, 2025

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

The first item is a request from Rhoda Lane (Robert Bake Estate) requesting a lot split off of 1000 Baker Drive (Parcel #27.000100.0000). They are wanting to split the lot into two separate parcels, one with house and the other a field. Zoning is R-1. This hearing was tabled at the December meeting to further discuss the easement that runs through the property.

For additional information, please stop by the Celina Engineering office at 308 Portland Street or call 419-586-1144. The City of Celina Planning Commission requests that the applicant or their designee attend this meeting so in the event of any questions they can be answered and a decision can be made at meeting.
