NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

CITY OF CELINA PLANNING COMMISSION

May 22, 2025

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 22, 2025, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main St. (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

The first item is a request from Kent Shaner (Shinn Bros.) requesting a site plan review validation of 1000 Baker Drive. Zoning is R-1.

The second item is a request from Kent Shaner (Shinn Bros.) requesting a site plan review for Wheatland Acres Phase VII. Zoning is R-1.

The City of Celina Planning Commission requests that the applicant or their designee attend this meeting so in the event of any questions they can be answered and a decision can be made at meeting.
