Public Sale

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Village Council of the Village of Fort Recovery, Ohio, adopted Resolution 2025-04 authorizing the sale of unneeded, obsolete or unfit for use Village personal property by internet auction. The Village shall contract with GovDeals to act as its representative for the purpose of disposing of said property through the www.govdeals.com website. All such property shall be offered for sale pursuant to the Village of Fort Recovery, Ohio's "Online Sales - Terms and Conditions and shall be sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis. All items will be made available to the public on govdeals.com for a minimum of ten (10) days.

This notice will be posted on the Village of Fort Recovery, Ohio webpage (http://www.fortrecovery.org) and will be accessible by selecting the link on the home page titled "Internet Auction". A complete copy of RES 2025-04 and the "Online Sales - Terms and Conditions" will be posted along with this notice. A copy of the same will be available for inspection at the office of Village Administrator - Village of Fort Recovery, 201 S. Main St, Fort Recovery, OH 45846 during normal business hours.
