Any auction sales shall be conducted under the authority and direction of the City of Celina Safety-Service Director. Such internet auction sales shall be conducted by way of GovDeals.com internet auction services. Bidding shall remain open for not less than 10 days, terms of payment will be collected through Gov Deals by PayPal, credit card or wire transfer, and payment in full must be received before the date of delivery to the successful bidder. The successful bidder shall be solely responsible for all acts and expenses associated with the delivery of such items so purchased.
