Said premises appraised at $76,667. A deposit of $5,000 is required to ReaIAuction.com. This appraisal does not include an interior examination of the premises.
TERMS OF SALE: Property cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of the appraised value. Required deposit in cash or certifiedfunds due at the time of sale and balance in cash or certified check upon confirmation of sale. If Judgment Creditor is purchaser, no deposit is required.
TERMS OF 2ND SALE: Property to be sold without regard to minimum bid requirements, subject to payment of taxes and court costs; deposit and payment requirements same as the first auction.
