The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2019, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor in the City Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following request(s):
The item for review is a request by Cole Stephens (Mike Kerns trustee) to build a duplex on empty corner lot of Jay Street and South Street in Celina, Ohio. Requesting to place duplex to match building lot lines in neighborhood but are less than allowable per zoning code and face Jay Street.

The Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Fort Recovery will hold a public hearing on an application for a variance request on September 25, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. located at: Fort Recovery Village Hall, 201 S. Main St., Fort Recovery, OH 45846. This application submitted by Eric & Julie Krieg requests that a variance be granted to allow for a change in the rear yard setback for construction of a new residential structure on the property at 713 Spy Run, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
