The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 19th day of July, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Mike Bohman, requests a Variance in the Maximum Height Allowances for the property located at 5330 Bayview Road, Celina, Ohio 45822.
As per Section 1127:34 of the Zoning Code, a Maximum Height of 18' is allowed for an Accessory Building. Bohman would like to construct a boat house with a roof height of 22'-24' for a 60' truss to span over 3 boats and a patio area.
