The Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Fort Recovery will hold a public hearing on an application for a variance request on September 27, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. located at: Fort Recovery Village Hall, 201 S. Main St., Fort Recovery, OH 45846. This application submitted by Ashley Eichenauer requests that a variance be granted to allow for a change in the rear yard setback for construction of an addition to the existing residential structure on the property at 302 W. Milligan St., Fort Recovery, Ohio.

MARION TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
A public hearing will be held before the Marion Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday September 22, 2021, at 8:00 P.M. at the Marion Township Building, 8078 Marion Drive, Maria Stein, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
The application of Brent and Gina Fleck, 8718 State Route 119, Maria Stein, Ohio. The Fleck's are requesting a front yard variance. They intend to move their existing house onto a new foundation located to the south and west of the existing location. The property is located at the above address in Section 25, Marion Township.
The application of Allen and Jennifer Bergman, P.O. Box 36, Osgood, Ohio. The Bergman's are requesting a rear yard variance to construct a new house. The house will be located on a 2.182 acres lot in Section 2 of Marion Township. The lot is located on the South side of Huwer Road, East of State Route 716. Soil samples dictate that the septic system will need to be placed in the front yard. Thus the house is going to need to be shifted towards the rear of the property.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 20th day of September, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Dillon Ramirez, requests a Variance in the Square Footage Allowances for an Auxiliary Building on the property located at 6692 State Route 219., Celina, Ohio 45822.
As per Section 1127:34 of the Zoning Code, an Auxiliary Building can be no larger than 50% of the Square Footage of the Principle residence. The Applicant would like to construct a 2,204 square foot Non-Residential building, which is 1,604 square feet more than is permitted on his property.
The Mercer Township Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting to hear any general concerns regarding the Mercer County Zoning Code of September 21, 2001. The meeting will be held September 21, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. at the Jefferson Township House, 7171 Havemann Road, Celina, Ohio 45822.
