The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 25, 2022, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor in the City Counch Chambers). The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following request(s):
For review is a request by Don Fortkamp of Celina. He is proposing to demolish current house at 650 E. Livingston Street and on the same lot build a single family home. He is requesting variance in front and rear setbacks as he would like to have front of house facing N. Lake Street. Also needs a conditional permit use for a single family dwelling as current zoning is R-0.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 15th day of August, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Kevin Homan, requests a Variance in the set-back requirements for the property located at 7300 County Road 219 A, Celina, Ohio 45822.
As per Section 1127:17 B & C of the Zoning Code, a minimum of 50' from the utility line is required for the front yard set-backs of the property. The applicants are proposing a set-back of 30'. The applicants are requesting a Variance of 20' for the construction of a front porch.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Council of the City of Celina, Ohio, will hold a public hearing at a council meeting on Monday, August 22, 2022, to review a proposed Ordinance that would amend the Zoning District Map portion of Ordinance 26-00-O (Zoning Ordinance).
Ordinance 27-22-O proposes to change B-3 Community Shopping Center to R-O Residence and Offices located at Irmscher Blvd. (Tax Map # 27-026900.0700).
The hearing will begin at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers located on the second floor of the Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street. The purpose is to hear comments on the proposed zoning change.

DUBLIN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
A public hearing will be held before the Dublin Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday, August 2, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. at the Dublin Township House, 3750 U.S. Route 33, Rockford, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
Application by Midwest Electric to install an electric power substation on 1.0 acre tract on Mercer-Van Wert County Line Road, in Section 4 and 5 of Township 4 South, Range 2 East, Mercer County, Ohio.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 1st day of August, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Paul and Bonnie Holzinger, requests a Variance in the set-back requirements for the property located at 0 North Shore Drive, across from 5263 North Shore Drive, Celina, OH 45822.
As per Section 1127:39 of the Zoning Code, a minimum of 15' is required for the rear yard set-backs of the property from the edge of the sea wall. The applicants are requesting a Variance of 5' for the construction of a covered patio on to the garage 10' from the edge of the sea wall.
The Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals will have a conditional use permit hearing for Matt Hart for Lots 1-3 in Block 6 in Macedon, Ohio, on July 28, 2022, at 8:30 p.m. Matt Hart would like to construct three commercial rental storage buildings with individually rented storage lockers of personal property.
A variance hearing will be held as well for these proposed commercial rental storage buildings for setback requirements to construct a thirty by one hundred feet commercial rental storage buildings with individually rented storage lockers on Lots 1-3 in Block 6 in Macedon, Ohio. The lots having dimensions of sixty-six by one hundred thirty-two feet.
The Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals will have a conditional use permit hearing for Midwest Dock and Door located at 354 Pine Road, Fort Recovery, Ohio, on July 28, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. Midwest Door and Dock would like to construct a 40' x 40' showroom/office building that will be attached to a new 50' x 80' building. This new construction will be an addition to the existing 40' x 250' turkey barn that will be used for storage for Midwest Door and Dock.
