The application, submitted by Niemeyer Properties LLC, requests a Variance in the set-back requirements for the property located at 5145 S. Lake Ct. Hillside North, Celina, Ohio 45822. As per Section 1127:34 of the Zoning Code, the front yard set-back is to be 30' from the Utility Line in the front yard. The applicants are proposing a set-back of 25'.
