These bids are to be in accordance with Specifications on file in the office of the Safety Service Director. They will be received in the office of the Director, which is located in the City Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio, 45822. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., local time, Tuesday, July 9, 2024, and at that time and place will be publicly opened. Contracts will be for a period of one (1) year from the date of Contract with option for renewal.
Each bid must be enclosed in an appropriately marked and sealed envelope and must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. All bids shall be made on Bid Forms fumished with the Invitation to Bid, and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if a bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a Contract. On bids for services, or where quantities are not determined, a bid security of five hundred dollars ($500.00) will be required. A Performance Bond may be required on Contracts for professional services.
On bids that are rejected, the bid security will be promptly returned to the Bidder. The bid security will be returned to the successful bidders upon proper execution of the Contract.
The Safety Service Director reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid that will serve the best interests of the City of Celina, Ohio.

The City of Celina is requesting sealed bids for the following chemical:
LIQUID POLYMER
The City of Celina is requesting sealed bids for Liquid Polymer, approximately 15,000 pounds/year, for centrifuge dewatering of aerobically digested wastewater sludge. Polymer jar testing and performance testing must be completed prior to bidding. The jar testing must be completed by the polymer supplier at the Celina Wastewater Treatment Plant with the assistance of Wastewater Treatment Plant personnel. Following jar testing, polymer suppliers must provide a 5-gallon pail of choice polymer(s) (maximum of two) to be bided to the Celina Wastewater Treatment Plant to allow City personnel to complete performance testing. Pails of polymer must be received no less than FIFTEEN (15) days prior to the bid date.

Sealed bids will be received by the Board until 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on June 27, 2024, in the office of the Mercer County Commissioners located at 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio, 45822 for supplying the above item for the use of the Mercer County Engineer, the City of Celina and the Village of Coldwater. Sealed bids shall be in writing.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Mercer County Engineer, 4884 Mud Pike, Celina, Ohio 45822.
This Contract will be in effect from the award of the bid until no later than April 30, 2025.

ADVERTISEMENT
Sealed Proposals will be received by the Lakefield Airport Authority in the terminal building at Lakefield Airport at 6177 OH-219, Celina, Ohio, 45822 until 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, June 24, 2024, and will be publicly opened and read at that place and time for the following work at Lakefield Airport in Celina, Ohio: Improve Airport Drainage.
Digital copies of the Contract Documents containing all the forms and requirements are available to prospective bidders, at no charge, from the offices of Stantec Consulting Services Inc., 1500 Lake Shore Drive, Suite 100, Columbus, Ohio 43204. Physical copies can be provided upon non-refundable payment of $75 per set. Checks are to be made payable to Stantec Consulting Services Inc. Bidders must obtain a copy of the Contract Documents from Stantec and be listed on the bid register to submit a bid on the project.
