Said premises appraised at $92,400. A deposit of $5,000 is required to Real Auction.com. This appraisal does not include an interior examination of the premises.

TERMS OF SALE:  Property cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of the appraised value. Required deposit in cash or certified funds due at the time of sale and balance in cash or certified check upon confirmation of sale. If Judgment Creditor is purchaser, no deposit is required.

TERMS OF 2^ND SALE: Property to be sold without regard to minimum bid requirements, subject to payment of taxes and court costs; deposit and payment requirements same as the first auction.

The Granville Township Trustees intend to sell the following properties as not needed for public use. 

• 141 S. Walnut Street,

Saint Henry, OH 45883

• 205 W. Columbus Street, Saint Henry, OH 45883

Sealed bids will be received by the Township via mail at 640 Cooper Avenue, Saint Henry, OH 45883 until 5 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024. The properties are being sold separately via the process described. Bidders are to identify the property address within a bid submission. All bids will be opened at the next regular township trustee meeting held on September 23, 2024, at the Granville Township Building at 752 Cooper Drive, Saint Henry, OH 45883. Sealed bidders may attend the meeting and may, at that time, increase their bids as in a public auction. Bidders must submit a sealed bid prior to the September 23, 2024, meeting in order to participate in the public auction. The Township reserves the right to reject all bids. The Township intends to close on the sale of the property on or before October 31, 2024, provided a bid is accepted.
