At 959 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of Spencerville In Allen County, moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Mendon, Kossuth, and State Route 116 at State Route 197.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Construction crew members start to remove the asphalt surface of Touvelle Street in Celina Friday morning. Touvelle is closed to all traffic between Main and Mackinaw Streets for the next several days while road work and repaving is underway.
