* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A group called The Underestimated Off Roaders, founded by Joe Braun and Joe Grieshop of Celina, show off their jeeps Saturday prior to the start of the Celina Lake Festival Parade. Members take their off road jeeps 4-wheeling around the area practicing their rock-climbing skills.
