Parkway wins first game then drops next three to Marion Local

Marion Local got completely outplayed in the first game of its volleyball match with Parkway on Thursday night at the Hangar, but once the second game began, the hosts could do no wrong.
NEW BREMEN - Despite "sluggish" play, as described by head coach Lori Schwieterman, St. Henry left New Bremen with a hard-earned victory in four games - 25-23, 25-21, 13-25 and 25-18 - on Thursday in Midwest Athletic Conference action.

Celina raised its record to 3-0 in the Western Buckeye League with a 3-1 win over Kenton on Thursday at the Soccer Stadium.
The Bulldogs improve to 6-1 overall with the win.
