St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jeanette Meinerding
Jeanette A. Meinerding, 72, formerly of Fort Recovery, died at 4 a.m. Oct. 27, 2006, at Plus Health Care, Lima.
She was born Nov. 25, 1933, in Fort Recovery to Herbert and Mary Faller Meinerding.
Survivors are two brothers, Gene (Bennie) of Union City, Ind., and Jack (Ginny) Union City; two sisters, Donna (Larry) Chittum, Portland, Ind., and Mary Jo (Larry) Stump, Hudson, Wisc.; three step brothers, Herbie, Winchester, Ind., and Scott and Tim, both of Fort Recovery; and a step sister, Amy (Scott) Pearson, Fort Recovery.
She retired from nursing and was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and Good Samaritan School of Nursing, Dayton. She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
