* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.

Barry Hone of Celina shows off his unusual collection of wooden hand-painted collegiate mascots on display at he the Mercer County Regional Library, 303 N. Main Street in Celina. Not much is known about the now non-existent California company that produced the hand-carved figurines in the 1950's.
