Paint an ornament

Amanda Hoying, right, Mike Siefker, Mackenzi Rutschilling, Josie Klosterman, Christine Thobe, Sidney Nation and Tessa Townsend, all Celina eighth-graders, paint ornaments at The Potter House in downtown Celina on Wednesday afternoon. The Potter House will host an ornament painting contest during Midnight Gladness being held downtown Friday night. Stores with luminaries in front will be open until midnight, with special holiday sales and events. Some of those events include chili and hot drinks at the fire department, a story hour at the library, a bake sale, carolers and lots of discounts.
