A Celina man is being held in the Mercer County Jail in connection with a stolen vehicle.
Rogelio "Roy" Rodreguez, 37, 440 Touvelle St., Lot 18, was apprehended while driving a 1996 Ford pickup truck southbound on Mill Street near Anthony Street at 12:05 a.m. Dec. 31.
