James Borgerding
James H. Borgerding, 63, 14460 state Route 118, New Weston, died at 6 p.m. Jan. 11, 2007, at Versailles Health Care Center.
He was born Dec. 8, 1943, in New Weston, to Henry and Ida Gels Borgerding.
Survivors are three brothers, Richard (Marilyn), New Weston, Harold (Jean), Fort Recovery, and Mark (Marilyn), Dayton; four sisters, Norma (Jerry) Grieshop, Fort Recovery, Virginia Grimberg, Dayton, Marie (Bill) Glass, St. Henry, and Patricia (Jack) Sauer, Dayton; a brother-in-law, Elmer Wendel, Fort Recovery; and a sister-in-law, Ramona, Dayton.
Deceased are five brothers, John, Daniel, Eugene, Robert and Joseph; two sisters, Henrietta and Joan Wendel; and a brother-in-law, Kenneth Grimberg.
He worked at NK Parts Industry Inc., Sidney, and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a graduate of Wright State University and a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Tony Fortman officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry. Complete military honors will be conducted by American Legion Post 648, St. Henry.
