Independent consultant Nancy Meyers talks to Fort Recovery residents gathered Monday night to discuss funding possibilities for various proposed plans to rebuild and/or renovate the aging high school building. The Ohio Schools Facilities Commission is offering the district $1.3 million to help fund three of the five options currently under consideration.
