Lucille Schelich, 86, 126 Cottonwood Drive, Celina, died at 7:30 a.m. Feb. 19, 2007, at her residence.

She was born Jan. 6, 1921, in Athens, to Samuel and Hattie Dean Sammons. On Jan. 24, 1942, she married Carl T. Schelich, who is deceased.

Surviving are two sons, Tom, Beaverton, Mich., and Robert, Celina; a daughter, Jackie (Loyd) Colburn, Celina; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Deceased are four brothers, Sam, Paul, Bob and Jack Sammons; two daughters-in-law, Linda and Jane; and a grand-daughter.

She was owner/proprietor of the Wright State University-Lake Campus Book Store, Celina. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, loto Psi Sorority and the Mercer County Sportsman Association.

Services are 10 a.m. March 3 at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.

Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. March 3 at the funeral home.
