* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

John Bryne
John W. Bryne, 91, of Ottoville, died at 5:40 p.m. March 3, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born July 10, 1915, in Ottoville, to Daniel and Emma Brandehoff Byrne. On Aug. 20, 1938, he married Gertrude Irene Brinkman, who died March 17, 1982.
Surviving are two sons, Daniel (Joan), Celina, and Rodger (Diana), Van Wert; three daughters, Virginia (James) Schroeder, Pittsburgh, Pa., Rebecca (Barry) Cousins, Toledo, and Cheryl (Greg Golen) Byrne, Novi, Mich.; a sister, Josephine Herman, Adrian, Mich.; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Patricia; three brothers, Joseph, Orion and Hugo; a sister, Salome Grosenbacher; and a grandchild.
He was a farmer and a retired welder at Fruehauf, Delphos. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville, and its Holy Name Society, and the Ohio Farmers Union.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. John Stites officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Ottoville.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Ottoville, with a scripture service at 6 p.m.
Contributions can be made to the church or the Ottoville High School Athletic Program.
