* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty west to northwest winds will blow some of the snow which will result in slick and icy spots where roads are not treated.

Rachel Klosterman, dolled up in a wedding dress, and her groom, Evan Dysert, listen during story time at Coldwater Public Library on Wednesday evening. The kids dressed up, learned about a wedding 150 years ago, danced and had wedding cake.
