Wright State University President David R. Hopkins revealed the institution's plans for preparing students for an increasingly competitive global economy, in addition to the recently enacted flat tuition rate for the next two years. According to Hopkins, 83 percent of WSU graduates remain in Ohio - a refutation to the wide-spread belief of Ohio's brain drain.
