* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty west to northwest winds will blow some of the snow which will result in slick and icy spots where roads are not treated.

What's a festival without food and fun? New Knoxville Fourth of July festivities had plenty of both as John Katterheinrich of New Knoxville plucks a batch of french fries from a lunch stand fryer Wednesday night. Proceeds from the two-day event benefit the community park.
