What's a festival without food and fun? New Knoxville Fourth of July festivities had plenty of both. 1-year-old Addison Plattner and her father, Jon Plattner of St. Marys, get ready to pluck a prize-winning duck from a makeshift pond in the children's game area. Proceeds from the two-day event benefit the community park.
