St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Shelley
Former Celina and Dayton resident James "Jack" Shelley, 57, of Muncie, Ind., died July 20, 2007. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Jan. 8, 1950, in Dayton, to James C. and Birdella McMullen Shelley, who are deceased.
Surviving are two sons, Chad M. (Allison) and Michael J., all of Muncie; and a grandson.
He was a former employee of Oxley Soft Water, Muncie.
Services are at noon Wednesday at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton. Burial is at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Dayton.
Calling is 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
