At 954 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newport, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Montra, Newbern, New Jerusalem, Lockington, Ridgeway, Woodstock, Botkins, Mount Victory, Millerstown, Kiser Lake State Park, Hardin, Pemberton, Piqua, West Mansfield, East Liberty, St. Paris, Logansville, Belle Center, North Lewisburg, and Lakeview.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 77 and 106.

William Conradi Jr.
William L. "Rex" Conradi Jr., 54, 5532 state Route 274, New Bremen, died at 7:16 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3, 2007, at his residence. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Oct. 6, 1952, in Coldwater, to William L. Sr. and Donna Greber Conradi who survive near New Bremen. On Dec. 6, 1975, he married Karen Wente who also survives.
Other survivors include aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
He had been engaged in farming and raising Dorset and Horned Dorset sheep, which he showed at competitions throughout the area. Most recently he did custodial work at Auglaize Industries in New Bremen. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, the Home Benefit Association and American Legion Post 241, all of New Bremen. He had served as a post officer, served with the post honor guard and managed the Legion hall and canteen for seven years. He also served in the U.S. Army during the end of the Vietnam era.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. John W. Tostrick officiating. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church memorial fund or Grand Lake Home Health and Hospice, St. Marys.
