* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Getting into the holiday spirit

Celina electric crews were hanging the city's Christmas lights on South Main Street on Tuesday morning. The linemen decorate the light poles and in the downtown area with greenery and lights in mid-November and leave the holiday finery up past New Year's Day.
