Omer Siefring
Omer G. Siefring, 84, 2774 Township Line Road, St. Henry, died at 2:54 p.m. Dec. 6, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born Dec. 6, 1923, in Philothea, to Bernard and Pauline Dues Siefring. On May 15, 1954, he married Monica Haslinger, who died Sept. 13, 1990.
Surviving are a son, Michael, St. Henry; seven brothers, Orville (Jeanette), Bernard (Mary), Herbert (Stella), Gerald, Roger (Rose Ann), Charles (Dorothy) and David (Eileen), all of Coldwater; two sisters, Luetta Forsthoefel and Bernice (Donald) Wellman, all of Coldwater; and a sister-in-law, Mildred, Celina.
Deceased are two brothers, Bart and Elmer; and a brother-in-law, Donald Forsthoefel.
He was a retired farmer and member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Tony Fortman officiating. Burial is at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
