Cooking camp

Nearly 70 kids, grades 1 through 6, attended Bella's Kids' Cooking Camp Thursday at the Italian grill in Celina. They each received a chef's hat and a souvenir photo. They toured the kitchen and learned safety, basic table etiquette, how to set the table and which silverware to use. Plus they learned to prepare fun beverages, appetizers, a personal pizza and dessert. Above, young chefs Sara Wenning, 7, Stephen Fleck, 11, and Katelynn Secrest, 9, all of Celina, took a turn at flipping pasta.
