* WHERE...Area-wide.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Minster resident Dick Fortman stands in the midst of a huge train layout that includes two towns and fills nearly half his Stallo Road basement. He began collecting memorabilia and designing the layout as a means of keeping busy during retirement years.
