* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Two Marion Local School buses meet at the busy intersection of state Routes 119 and 716 in Maria Stein. A $5,000 grant from the Ohio Department of Transportation will fund a safety study in hopes of making the area safer for pedestrians and bicyclists heading to school.
