* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 207 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
