Floodwater fills the ditch and parking lot at the Celina Medical Center on South Main Street on Wednesday afternoon. Officials at Mercer Health said the building is dry but closed and all offices have been moved to a temporary location including Doctor's Urgent Care, which is now operating at the Coldwater hospital.
