* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Steam rises from the spillway along West Bank Road in Celina this morning as a cold front brought the temperature to a frigid 1 degree at 7 a.m. A winter weather advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. today until 7 p.m. Friday with the possibility of up to 3 inches of snow and a chance of ice in the Grand Lake area, according to the National Weather Service.
