* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Kristopher Krall
Former Celina resident Kristopher Krall, 47, died April 4, 2008, in San Francisco, Calif. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Feb. 22, 1961, in Celina, to Lee and Wanda Krall, who are deceased.
Survivors are two brothers, Mike, Columbus, and David, Denver, Colo.; and a sister Kim Polette, Hillsboro, Mo.
He had worked more than 20 years in the computer industry in the San Francisco area. He graduated from Festus High School in Missouri
Arrangements were handled by TraditionCare Funeral Services, Pleasant Hill, Calif.
