As temperatures continue to fall, residual moisture may freeze on roadways. In addition, gusty winds of 25-35 MPH may lead to some snow drifting over roads as well.

Celina resident Susie Voisin places flowers at her father's gravesite in Mercer Memory Gardens. Voisin has been trying since last summer to get the Rev. Claude Dewlen's military records as well as the medals he earned during World War II. U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, has come to her aid.
