Celina comic book artist Dan Davis has been spending time in the Bermuda Triangle recently on a colorful adventure via his alter ego Captain Luck.
Davis, who grew up on a farm on Tama Road north of Celina, is a finalist in a comic book art competition being held this month by DC Comics at the Web site The contest is free and will be decided by the popular vote of readers. [More]

FORT RECOVERY - Science and math teaching is changing from textbooks to more hands-on activities at some area schools.

Negotiations with city's police remain stalled
Celina City Council finally struck a deal with 38 of its utility, parks, public works, customer accounts and engineering employees this week for a new three-year contract.
