The drive-in restaurant along Havemann Road will open at 11 a.m. Wednesday. More than a dozen of the employees will be delivering food on skates, according to manager Tom Williamson. The retaurant has 25 outside stations for customers and will employ more than 55 people, the majority being full-time workers, he said.
