* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

C. Doyle Mayhugh
C. Doyle Mayhugh, 88, 14477 Lambert Road, St. Marys, died at 2:50 a.m. Sept. 4, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 21, 1920, in Batavia, to Harry and Stella Fawley Mayhugh. In 1950, he married Betty Lois Chiles, who died March 15, 1994.
Surviving are a son, Gary (Jean), Kansas City, Kan.; three daughters, Nancy, St. Marys, and Sharon (Richard) Trenkamp and Lynn (Harold) Walker, all of Indian Lake; a brother, Delmar (Delores), Hillsboro; a half sister, Bonnie (Jim) Cummins, Winchester; 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Charles; a sister, Doris; and a half brother, Bill Gulick.
He owned and operated a taxi service and later the former Gulf Service Station, both of St. Marys. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, serving in World War II in Okinawa and in the Occupation of China.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Revs. Bruce Head and Jimmy Sweigart officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
