Bill Freisthler (portraying George Washington) plays a fife and is accompanied by drum player Mike Homan during the conclusion of "An Evening in Williamsburg," held at the Knights of Columbus hall in St. Henry on Sunday night. According to history, the fife and drum were instrumental in directing the troops as their sound could be heard over other noise during battle.
