Two other Crown workers in critical condition

Three Crown Equipment Corp. employees were killed and two others injured Tuesday in a crash in Indiana being blamed on icy road conditions.
The five men - all based out of the Crown plant in New Bremen - were on their way back to Ohio from the company's plant in Greencastle, Ind., when their van slid out of control, overturned and was struck by a semitrailer on Interstate 70 at 4:30 p.m. [More]
Mayor against buying pickup trucks for parks and recreation department

Celina City Council approved the purchase of multiple vehicles on Monday night, including two new pickup trucks for the parks and recreation department.
Although the emergency ordinances were unanimously passed, Mayor Sharon LaRue adamantly opposed the purchase of the two new pickup trucks for the parks department. The two new 1/2-ton GM pickup trucks will cost a total of $28,000. [More]
