The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued an Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio, from 7 AM Thursday to midnight EDT Thursday night.
Smoke from Canadian wildfires will adversely impact air quality. The Agency expects the Air Quality Index to be in the 'unhealthy for sensitive groups' range.

Ruby Clark
Ruby M. Clark, 83, of rural Spencerville, died at 2:25 p.m. Feb. 4, 2009, at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, Spencerville.
She was born May 19, 1925, in Union Township in Mercer County, to John F. and Edith I. Rhodes Wilkins. On March 22, 1944, she married Clayton E. Clark, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, David L. (Tanya), Lima, and Paul D. (Linda), Antwerp; a brother, Ronald (Rosie) Wilkins, Celina; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Merle Wilkins.
She was a homemaker, worked on the family farm and at the Stokley's Canning Factory in Mendon and Celina. She attended Trinity Friends Church, Van Wert, and served as a Sunday school teacher and pianist at the Nazarene Church, Spencerville. She was a 1942 graduate of the former Mendon-Union High School and attended the Olivet Nazarene College in Kankakee, Ill.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Rev. Steve Savage officiating. Burial is at Wright Cemetery, near Converse.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
