* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Local accident

An SUV rests upside down this morning in the median of state Route 29, between Riley and Staeger roads, following an accident. The driver, Nathaniel Doudes, 26, of Greenville, reportedly lost control of the Jeep just east of Celina. A light coating of snow made some roads slick this morning. Doudes was treated at the scene for minor injuries, according to a report from the Wapakoneta post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
