The city of Celina is in negotiations to purchase the former Versa Pak building near Lake Shore Park.
On Tuesday afternoon, Celina Planning and Community Development Director Kent Bryan said a $5,000 commercial appraisal of the building at 400 South Ash Street was done last fall.
